Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer within the liver).
  • Your cancer must be unresectable, locally advanced, or have spread to other parts of the body.
  • You must not have received prior systemic treatment for advanced disease.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor on imaging.
  • Your tumor must express a protein called CK5/6 at a certain level (H-score greater than 1).
  • You must have adequate organ and bone marrow function.
  • If you have bile duct blockage, it must be drained and stable before starting treatment.
  • You must be willing and able to provide written informed consent.
