Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer or head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that has grown while on pembrolizumab.
- You received pembrolizumab as your first treatment for metastatic disease, either alone or with chemotherapy.
- You are eligible to receive standard salvage chemotherapy after pembrolizumab.
- You have measurable disease (tumors that can be tracked by scans).
- You have a performance status of 0 to 2 (meaning you are able to care for yourself and are not bedridden).
