AI Heart Rhythm Test for Heart Pump Weakness

HF - Heart Failure

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study tests whether an artificial intelligence system can detect a weakened heart pump using an ECG (heart rhythm test). If successful, it could help doctors diagnose heart problems faster and more easily.

Who can take part

  • You are 19 years or older
  • You had both an ECG (heart rhythm test) and an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) at Ajou University Hospital
  • Both tests were done within 30 days of each other
  • You do not have a pacemaker, implantable defibrillator, or heart resynchronization device
  • Your medical records include your age, sex, and heart pump measurement (LVEF)

NCT07486739Not yet recruiting
AI-ECG heart test for atrial fibrillation management

This trial tests whether using an artificial intelligence (AI) system to read your electrocardiogram (ECG, a heart rhythm test) can better evaluate your heart's structure and function, helping manage atrial fibrillation (AF). You may qualify if you have AF and need an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart).

NCT07038018Not yet recruiting
AI test for weak heart pump using ECG

This trial tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) program can detect a weak heart pump (left ventricular dysfunction) using a standard ECG test. It aims to see if the AI can spot problems early, possibly avoiding the need for an ultrasound.

NCT07057466Recruiting
AI heart check for hidden valve, pressure, or pump problems

This study uses an artificial intelligence (AI) program to read your ECG (a heart tracing) and detect early signs of heart failure, high blood pressure in the lungs, or valve disease before you have symptoms. The goal is to see if AI can catch these problems early.

NCT06968533Enrolling by invitation
AI ECG for detecting low heart pumping in older adults

This trial uses an AI tool to analyze your ECG (heart tracing) to detect low pumping function. It may help find hidden heart issues early, especially if you haven't had a recent heart ultrasound.

Taipei
NCT07113223Recruiting
AI heart test for heart failure detection in people over 65

This trial uses an artificial intelligence system to analyze electrocardiograms (ECGs, which are recordings of your heart's electrical activity) to detect heart failure early. It is for people over 65 who either have symptoms that might be heart failure or have risk factors for heart failure but no current symptoms.

NCT06511505Recruiting
Testing AI to find hidden heart conditions from ECGs

This study uses an AI tool to look at your ECG (a simple heart test) to help find early signs of atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) or structural heart disease (changes in heart structure). It aims to see if the AI can help doctors catch these conditions sooner, even in people who don't yet have symptoms.
