Who can take part
- You have Down syndrome caused by trisomy 21 (three copies of chromosome 21)
- A PET scan shows amyloid buildup in your brain
- Your thinking and memory have been stable recently, not getting worse
- If you have seizures, they must be well-controlled with no seizures in the past 6 months
- Your liver and kidney function must be in acceptable range based on blood tests
- You have not received other experimental drugs recently or prior amyloid-targeting antibodies
