- You have a clinical diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (definite or probable type)
- OR you have CIS (a first demyelinating event that may lead to MS)
- OR you have RIS (radiologically isolated syndrome—MRI findings suggestive of MS without symptoms yet)
- OR you have NMOSD (neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder) or MOGAD (MOG-associated disease, related neurological conditions)
- You are able to understand the study and provide written consent to participate
