Who can take part

  • You are an unpaid family member or informal caregiver of someone with a confirmed Lewy Body Dementia diagnosis
  • You experience depressive symptoms (mild mood or stress concerns qualify)
  • You can read, write, and speak English
  • You have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet for video or phone calls, or are willing to use a loaner device
  • You do not have active thoughts of harming yourself or that life is not worth living
