  • Be between 18 and 45 years old
  • Your weight has been stable (within 5 pounds) for the past 3 months
  • Weigh more than 110 pounds
  • Live in or near Roanoke, VA, and can attend in-person sessions
  • Not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • Have a BMI (body mass index) between 18.5 and 40
