Who can take part

  • Your BMI (body mass index) must be between 18.5 and 24.9 or between 27.5 and 40
  • You must not have diabetes (type 1, type 2, or other rare forms)
  • You must not have serious heart, brain, or mental health conditions
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant without using birth control
  • You must have no metal implants (like pacemakers or metal screws) that would interfere with MRI scans
  • You must not have taken part in another drug or lifestyle study in the last 30 days
