Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Triple-negative breast cancer (hormone receptor negative and HER2 negative) with confirmed brain metastases (tumors in the brain) visible on MRI, at least 1 cm in size
  • Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you can perform daily activities with minimal limitation)
  • Normal or near-normal blood counts, liver function, kidney function, and heart function
  • No prior treatment with bevacizumab (a blood vessel-blocking drug) or certain chemotherapy drugs, except in specific situations
  • Life expectancy of at least 3 months
