Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR mutation confirmed in a recent tumor biopsy or sample
- Your doctors believe your tumor can be surgically removed (you are eligible for lung surgery)
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and expected to live at least 3 months
- Your heart function is normal or near-normal, and your blood pressure and blood sugar are well-controlled
- You have not received chemotherapy or other cancer treatments for this lung cancer before
- You are willing to use reliable birth control for 7 months after treatment if you can become pregnant
