  • Measurable tumors that can be tracked on imaging scans
  • Good overall health and ability to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Normal kidney, liver, and heart function
  • No other RAS gene mutations besides KRAS G12D
  • No prior treatment with other RAS-targeting drugs
