Who can take part
- You have advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor has a KRAS G12D mutation (confirmed by a lab test).
- You have had at least one prior treatment with platinum-based chemo and an immunotherapy drug, and your cancer got worse during or after that treatment.
- You are in fairly good health (able to take care of yourself but not do heavy physical work).
- If you have brain metastases, they must be small, untreated, and not causing symptoms.
