Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are having arthroscopic soft-tissue shoulder surgery to fix anterior instability (Bankart repair, with or without Hill-Sachs remplissage)
  • Your shoulder instability does not involve significant bone loss requiring bone block surgery (like Latarjet)
  • You do not need rotator cuff repair or fracture fixation at the same time
  • You can attend follow-up visits and comply with the study schedule
  • You have no contraindications to MRI scans (no pacemaker, severe claustrophobia, or incompatible implants)
