Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a type of solid tumor (like lung, breast, or colon cancer) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed.
- You must have tried standard treatments and they didn't work, or you are not able to tolerate them, or no standard treatment exists for your cancer.
- You must be generally able to take care of yourself (perform everyday activities without needing to stay in bed more than half the day) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- Your organs (like kidneys and liver) must be working well enough to handle the study drug.
- You must not have untreated or worsening brain metastases.
- You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after your last dose, if you or your partner could become pregnant.
