Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), but not a subtype called acute promyelocytic leukemia.
- Your AML does not have FLT3-ITD or FLT3-TKD gene mutations.
- You have at least one high-risk feature, such as adverse-risk AML, refractory or relapsed AML, persistent positive measurable residual disease before transplant, or AML that developed from a prior bone marrow disorder.
- You are receiving your first stem cell transplant from a donor.
- Your blood counts have recovered well after transplant, with adequate neutrophil and platelet levels without support.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and in generally good health (able to perform daily activities).
