Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase and have been on the same TKI treatment for at least 24 months
- Your cancer shows minimal residual disease (MRD), meaning some cancer cells remain but are stable and at a low level (BCR::ABL1 between 0.01% and 10%) over the last 6 months
- Your overall health status is good enough to participate, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1 (able to carry out daily activities with minimal limitations)
- You are willing to use effective birth control if you can become pregnant, or use condoms if your partner can become pregnant, throughout the study and for 3 months after treatment ends
- You do not have uncontrolled infections, active autoimmune diseases, or other active cancers in the past 5 years
- You do not have HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C infections
