Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 59.
  • You must have AML (or AML related to another blood condition) confirmed by bone marrow testing, and it was still detectable at the time of myeloMATCH assignment.
  • You finished induction chemotherapy through the myeloMATCH Young Adult program (Tier-1), and you had complete remission or near-complete remission with ongoing detectable minimal residual disease (MRD).
  • Your general health score is good (ECOG 0 to 2), and you’ve mostly recovered from side effects of prior treatment (except hair loss).
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (liver, kidney) meet minimum lab levels within 7 days before starting, and you can swallow pills.
  • If you can become pregnant: you must not be pregnant, use effective birth control during the study and for a set time after, and have a recent pregnancy test.
