This trial tests a personalized cancer vaccine, alone or with an immunotherapy drug called toripalimab, to help keep acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in remission. It is for people who have finished initial treatment, are in remission, but still have some leukemia cells remaining (MRD positive) and have a specific NPM1 gene mutation.

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and have completed induction and consolidation chemotherapy.
  • You are currently in remission but have minimal (very small) amounts of leukemia still detectable.
  • You have a specific NPM1 gene mutation (types A, D, G, H, B, or J).
  • Your HLA type is HLA-A02:01 (a blood test will confirm this).
