Who can take part

  • You must be a healthy young adult aged 30–39, or a healthy older adult or someone with mild memory problems aged 65–85.
  • You must have a memory screening score of 23 or higher.
  • You must be right-handed.
  • Your vision must be good enough to see clearly (with glasses if needed) and have no major visual field problems.
  • You cannot have a history of major psychiatric or brain conditions, epilepsy, or serious dizziness from VR.
