This trial tests whether immersive virtual reality (VR) visual stimulation training can improve your visual perception and driving performance after a stroke or traumatic brain injury (TBI). If you’re able to follow the VR and computer instructions, it may help you practice seeing and responding in a safer, controlled way.

Who can take part

  • You are age 25 or older.
  • You have vision loss in your visual field caused by TBI or stroke.
  • Your eye sight is good enough for testing (at least 20/50 in your best eye).
  • You used to have a valid driver’s license and have been actively driving before.
  • You can follow the VR and audio instructions and do the computer tests.
  • You have home Wi‑Fi to complete the online parts.
