Core and breathing training for teen soccer players

Who can take part

  • You must be a male between 15 and 18 years old.
  • You need to be a regular soccer player at Alagöz Soccer Club and have trained for at least 6 months.
  • You must not have had a leg, back, or core injury in the last 6 months.
  • You should not have health problems like asthma, heart disease, or chronic pain that affect exercise.
  • You cannot be currently doing another special breathing or core exercise program.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be below 30.
