Who can take part

  • You must be an actively competing, licensed professional soccer player
  • You must be regularly training and playing matches with your team
  • You cannot have a current respiratory infection (like bronchitis or a chest cold)
  • You cannot have had major heart or lung surgery
  • You cannot have any diagnosed heart or lung conditions that cause shortness of breath
  • You cannot have had a muscle or bone injury in the last 6 weeks that would prevent you from exercising hard
