Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have stage IV non-squamous lung cancer (a common type of lung cancer) that has spread
- You have at least one measurable tumor in your chest that a doctor can reach with a needle (via a bronchoscopy or through the skin)
- Your cancer got worse while on pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) but you had at least stable disease for 12 weeks before it progressed
- You have received a platinum-based chemo (like cisplatin or carboplatin) sometime in the past
- You are in good general health (able to do daily activities) with adequate blood counts and organ function
