- You are 18 years or older
- You have locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer
- You have not received any prior systemic treatment for your lung cancer
- You are physically active (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months

- Your kidney, liver, and heart functions are adequate
