Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be advanced (has spread to other parts of the body) and standard treatments have not worked, are not available, or you have chosen not to have them.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like a CT scan).
  • You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have a tumor sample available for testing, or be willing to have a new biopsy.
  • You must not have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases.
  • You must not have a history of serious bleeding, stomach/intestinal problems, or blood clotting disorders.
