  • You have a BMI between 30 and 40 (Class I or II obesity).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have other known liver diseases (like hepatitis, cirrhosis, or liver cancer).
  • You are not currently taking certain weight-loss or diabetes medications (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide).
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to join the study.
