Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have heart failure (symptoms range from mild to severe, but not at rest with no symptoms).
  • You were recently in the hospital for heart failure, or you are getting Levosimendan infusions in a day hospital.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form in Italian.
  • You are on standard heart failure medications (like beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors, or diuretics).
  • You do not have a speech or voice problem that would make it hard to talk to a computer avatar.
