Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic stable heart failure and are in NYHA Class 3 or 4 (meaning you have significant symptoms like shortness of breath with minimal activity or at rest)
  • You are willing to give your consent to participate
  • You have a smartphone and can download a study app, or you are willing to use a phone provided by the study team
  • You do not need continuous oxygen at high flow rates, you do not have pneumonia, significant lung disease, a recent blood clot in your lungs, or a tracheostomy (a breathing tube in your throat)
