Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18-75.
- Your breast cancer is HR-positive and HER2-negative, and has spread to other parts of the body or come back after initial treatment.
- You have already tried a CDK4/6 inhibitor with hormone therapy, and it stopped working.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (not in the brain).
- You do not have active brain metastases or other serious health conditions that would make treatment unsafe.
