Who can take part
- Your breast cancer must be hormone-receptor positive (estrogen and/or progesterone) and HER2-positive.
- Your cancer must be stage II or stage III (not spread to distant organs).
- You must not have had chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or HER2-targeted therapy for this breast cancer yet.
- You must be in good enough health to do normal activities (ECOG 0-1).
- Your heart function must be within normal limits.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
