Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer must be both HR-positive (ER ≥10%, PR ≥10%) and HER2-positive.
  • Your cancer must be stage II or III (not stage IV/metastatic).
  • You must not have received prior systemic treatment (chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or HER2-targeted therapy) for this breast cancer.
  • You must have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (fully active or restricted but ambulatory).
  • You must have adequate organ function and no severe heart problems (LVEF below normal is excluded).
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
