CLL1-CD33 CAR-T cells for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must have acute myeloid leukemia that has returned or is not improving after standard treatment.
  • Your leukemia cells must test positive for both CLL-1 and CD33 markers (a lab test will check this).
  • You must be well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You must not have had CAR-T cell therapy or any other gene-modified cell therapy before.
  • You must not have serious organ problems (kidney, liver, heart) or active uncontrolled infections.
