Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 55 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 32.
  • You must be in good overall health, with no major medical conditions.
  • You must not have taken any other experimental drugs or devices in the past 30 days.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control if you are able to have children, or be sterile.
  • You must have a specific genetic type (called CYP2D6 normal or intermediate metabolizer) that affects how your body processes certain drugs.
