- You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old
- You have advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery
- You have received up to 2 prior treatments for advanced disease
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- You have not had certain heart problems or active infections like hepatitis B or C
- You have not had brain metastases, major surgery in the last 3 weeks, or a history of bleeding in your gut
