Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 70.
- You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HR+/HER2- (hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative) and has the SNF4 subtype.
- Your cancer has gotten worse while on or within 1 year of stopping a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan or bone lesions that can be tracked.
- Your major organs (blood, heart, liver, kidneys) are working well enough, as shown by blood tests and heart tests.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
