Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have chest pain that limits your daily life and hasn't improved with medication, so you need heart bypass surgery.
  • You have a coronary angiogram (a special X-ray of your heart arteries) available that can be analyzed with QFR technology.
  • You have severe blockages (more than 70%) in at least three main heart arteries, with or without a blockage over 50% in the left main artery.
  • You can safely undergo bypass surgery without urgent procedures, recent stroke, or other major health problems.
