Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and planning to have coronary bypass surgery (CABG)
- Be able and willing to sign written informed consent
- Have no prior heart bypass surgery (no previous CABG)
- Your heart pumping strength must be enough (left ventricular ejection fraction 30% or higher)
- There must not be very low blood-vessel function or severe issues: no known microvascular disease, no “across-the-wall” (transmural) heart attack, and doctors must be able to take the ratio measurement (RFR/FFR)
