Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with breast cancer confirmed by a biopsy.
  • Your cancer is HER2-low (score 1+ or 2+ but no gene amplification) or HER2-zero (score 0).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have not had any other cancer in the past.
  • You agree to have your medical records used and sign a consent form.
  • You are not male, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and no known allergy to T-DXd.

Blood test to find T-DXd candidates for breast cancer

This trial uses a blood test to look for tumor DNA in women with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-low).
