Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have advanced (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer.
  • High cholesterol (Grade 1 to 3) developed after taking lorlatinib.
  • Your fasting triglyceride level is below 5.6 mmol/L.
  • No known inherited high cholesterol disorder (familial hypercholesterolemia).
  • No other cholesterol-lowering antibody therapy in the last 6 months.
