Study of Aom0304 for symptomatic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)Obstructive HCM (oHCM)Non-obstructive HCM (nHCM)

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests a new drug, Aom0304, for people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (a condition where the heart muscle is thickened) who still have symptoms despite standard treatments. The study aims to see if the drug can improve symptoms and heart function.

Study of a heart muscle drug for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

This trial tests whether a drug called mavacamten can help people with a specific type of thickened heart muscle (obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or oHCM) by improving how the heart uses energy. It aims to understand if this treatment can improve symptoms and function.

NCT06683872Enrolling by invitation
CT heart modeling for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy

This trial uses a special CT scan to create a 3D model of your heart's blood flow. It aims to see if this model can help doctors better predict how well treatments work for people with a thick heart muscle that blocks blood flow.

Studying heart muscle disease and atrial fibrillation

This trial looks at how the heart's electrical signals work in people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (a condition where the heart muscle becomes thickened) who also have atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat). The goal is to understand these signals better during a planned ablation procedure, which is a treatment to fix the irregular rhythm.
