This study compares two types of exercise to see if they can help improve nerve health in people with type 2 diabetes who have nerve damage in their feet or legs. You may join if you have had diabetes for at least 5 years, have moderate blood sugar control, and do not currently exercise regularly.

Who can take part
- Between 40 and 65 years old.
- Have had type 2 diabetes for at least 5 years.
- Have nerve damage (diabetic neuropathy) in your feet or legs, confirmed by a doctor.
- Your average blood sugar (HbA1c) is between 6.5% and 9.0%.
- You have not been in a regular exercise program in the last 3 months.
- You can walk on your own and follow instructions.
