Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 75 years old
  • You have type 2 diabetes and nerve damage in your feet or legs (confirmed by a vibration test or light touch test)
  • You are currently not very physically active (sedentary or irregularly active)
  • You can walk with some help but do not need someone to hold you up all the time
  • You have not had a diabetic foot ulcer for at least one month
  • You have not lost more than a few toes (your big toe is still there)
