Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your AML must test positive for CD123 (at least 20% of leukemia cells) at some point in your disease course.
- You must have had standard or life-extending AML treatments fail, and there must be no potentially curative option available (or you could not tolerate those options).
- Your AML may need to be at a specific stage: for one part of the study up to 3rd relapse, and your bone marrow blast percentage must fit the study limits.
- Your heart, lung, liver, and kidney tests must be adequate, and you must be able to receive the planned treatments (including having a long-term IV/port access or agreeing to get one).
