This study tests switching from dulaglutide (a once-weekly diabetes shot) to a new similar shot called PG-102. It may help people whose blood sugar is well-controlled on dulaglutide but want to try a different option.

Who can take part
- You are 19 to 75 years old
- You have had type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months
- You have been taking the diabetes medication dulaglutide (Trulicity) for at least 12 weeks without dose changes
- Your most recent A1C blood sugar test is 7.5% or lower
- You are not using insulin for diabetes (except for very short hospital use)
- Your body weight has not changed more than 5% in the last 3 months
