Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must have moderate-to-severe pemphigus vulgaris that hasn't gotten better after at least 6 months of steroids and rituximab therapy.
  • You need to have active disease symptoms like new blisters or sores, or high antibody levels, or you can't lower your steroid dose below 20 mg/day.
  • Your heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and blood counts must be working well enough for this treatment.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 12 months after treatment.
