Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old.
  • You have end-stage kidney disease and have been waiting for a kidney transplant for 5 years or more.
  • Your antibody level (cPRA) is 90% or higher.
  • You have already tried standard antibody-lowering treatments (like IVIG or plasmapheresis) but they didn't work well enough.
  • Your heart, lungs, and liver are working well enough for the treatment.
  • You haven't had a bone marrow, stem cell, or other organ transplant before.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study.
