Tested PFLL plus JS001 versus standard therapy for metastatic NPC

This trial tests whether a treatment plan that includes PFLL and JS001 given first can work better than the standard combination of medicines for nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread and can’t be cured with local treatments. It aims to see how well the treatments control the cancer and how safe they are.

NCT06868836Recruiting· Phase 2
Study of a new antibody combination for advanced lung cancer after targeted therapy

This trial tests a new drug (JS207) that targets both PD-1 and VEGF pathways, given alone or with other treatments, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change and has stopped responding to targeted therapy (TKI). The goal is to see if this combination can help shrink tumors or slow cancer growth.

New metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer trial with radiotherapy and PD-1

This trial studies whether adding targeted radiotherapy (SBRT) to PD-1 immunotherapy plus capecitabine can improve outcomes for people with newly diagnosed metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer.
