Fatigue and Movement Recovery After First Stroke

Who can take part

  • Had your first stroke between 1 week and 6 months ago
  • Are 18 years old or older
  • Have weakness in your thigh muscle on the side affected by stroke (measured as 3 or lower on a strength scale)
  • Have normal thinking and memory abilities (scored 21 or higher on a cognitive test)
  • Do not have severe muscle stiffness or tightness in your legs
  • Do not have other neurological, bone, or joint conditions affecting your movement
