  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have melanoma that has spread to your brain (confirmed by MRI or CT scan).
  • Your brain tumors can be treated with a precise form of radiation called stereotactic radiotherapy (CyberKnife).
  • You can have other treatments like immunotherapy or targeted therapy at the same time or at different times.
  • The melanoma has not spread to the thin lining around your brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease).
  • You have not had whole-brain radiation or surgery to remove brain metastases in the past.
  • Your melanoma started in the skin (not in the eye or other areas).
