Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with early-stage (stage II or III) breast cancer that is estrogen receptor (ER)-positive or progesterone receptor (PR)-positive, and HER2-negative.
- You have not received any prior anti-cancer treatment for this breast cancer.
- You are willing to have a core needle biopsy to provide tumor tissue samples for testing.
- Your cancer has a Ki-67 level of 10% or higher, indicating active cell growth.
- You have good overall health, with adequate organ function and no serious heart, liver, or kidney problems.
