This trial tests if using a special heart CT scan (CCTA with FFRCT) before a planned angioplasty can help doctors better plan where to place stents. You may be eligible if you have a narrowing in one or two heart arteries that haven't been treated before.

Who can take part
- You have at least one moderate-to-severe narrowing in a heart artery shown on a special CT scan, with a blood flow measurement of 0.80 or less.
- The narrowing must be in no more than two heart arteries.
- You are scheduled for a planned (non-emergency) angioplasty to open a new narrowing in a native artery that is at least 2 millimeters wide.
- You have not had a previous bypass surgery or a stent placed in the same artery that will be treated.
- You do not have severe blockages in the left main artery (over 50%), a total blockage in the target artery, or an emergency heart condition.
- You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant within 2 years after the procedure.
